​1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting www.mementoimagery.com (“the Site”) or booking services through our online forms, email, or phone, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Site or services.
2. Service Scope
Memento Imagery LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides professional real-estate photography, videography, and FAA Part 107-compliant aerial imagery. Availability, pricing, and deliverables are subject to change without notice and are confirmed only upon issuance of a formal estimate or project agreement.
3. Bookings and Estimates
All bookings are subject to approval and scheduling availability. Submitting a request or inquiry does not constitute a confirmed appointment. A signed Service Agreement Addendum and deposit are required to finalize scheduling.
4. Website Use
You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site. All content, text, images, and logos are the intellectual property of Memento Imagery LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payment terms follow those outlined in the official Service Agreement Addendum. Unless otherwise specified, deposits are non-refundable. Online transactions are processed securely via approved third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Venmo Business).
Need to cancel? No problem. Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead. Anything inside 24 hours comes with a 25% fee.
6. Licensing and Copyright
All images and video footage remain the sole property of Memento Imagery LLC. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license for marketing the property or project for which the media was commissioned. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without written authorization.
7. Safety and Compliance
We operate under FAA Part 107 certification and maintain commercial drone liability insurance. All aerial operations are performed within applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Memento Imagery LLC reserves the right to postpone or cancel any flight deemed unsafe or non-compliant.
8. Liability Disclaimer
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and reliability, we are not responsible for losses, damages, or delays arising from force majeure events, weather, or third-party interference. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
9. Links and External Resources
This Site may include links to third-party platforms (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive, HDPhotoHub). We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or security of those external sites.
10. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (below). We do not sell or share client data.
11. Policy Updates
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Kitsap County, WA.​​​​
