Q: Do you work with both solo agents and real estate firms?
A: Yes! We offer flexible packages for single listings and comprehensive subscription plans for growing firms. No matter your size, we’ll tailor our services to meet your needs.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend scheduling 2-5 days ahead, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Subscription clients receive priority booking.
Q: How long does a typical shoot take?
A: Most shoots take between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on the size of the property and which services are included.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Photos have a 24-Hour turn-around time while things like video can take up to a week depending on what service was ordered.

Need it faster? Add the 12-Hour Turnaround upgrade to any shoot! Only applies to photos.
Q: What happens if it’s raining on the day of my scheduled shoot? Will we need to cancel?
A: Nope! If it's raining or too windy for drone flying, we’ll still capture all your interior photos and video.
We’ll return for your exterior and aerial footage as soon as the weather clears, hopefully within 2-3 business days, schedule permitting.

Q: Do I need to be present during the shoot?
A: Nope! As long as we have access and a quick pre-shoot checklist is completed, you can sit back and relax. If you’re doing an agent walkthrough, you’re welcome to be present for that part only.
Q: How do I receive my photos and videos?
A: Everything is delivered through a branded online portal. It’s clean, organized, and easy to download or share.
Q: Can I add services after booking?
A: Yes! Add-ons like agent walkthroughs, social media clips, or faster delivery can be added any time before the shoot. Just reach out and we’ll make it happen.
Q: Are additional listings included in the Preferred Partner Plan?
A: Each Preferred Partner Plan includes a set number of listings per month. Any extra listings can be added at our standard pricing and follow our normal turnaround times.
