Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All payments made to Memento Imagery, LLC are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed and the project date is reserved. This ensures that your scheduled time, travel, and preparation are exclusively dedicated to your session.
2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. Deposits may be credited toward a future booking if the project is rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If a project is canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit may be required for rebooking.
Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be credited for a future shoot within 60 days of the original date.
4. Weather, Airspace, and Safety
For aerial operations, all flights are subject to FAA compliance, weather, and safety conditions.
If a mission must be postponed for safety or regulatory reasons, Memento Imagery will coordinate a new date at no extra charge. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related delays or cancellations.
5. Service Completion
Once final previews or deliverables have been provided, payment of the remaining balance confirms client satisfaction with the completed work.
After final delivery, no refunds or chargebacks will be granted for creative preference, editing style, or subjective dissatisfaction, as all deliverables reflect professional judgment and industry-standard quality.
6. Equipment or Provider Issues
In the rare event of equipment failure, illness, or emergency preventing service completion, Memento Imagery, LLC will either:

Offer a full refund of payments received for the uncompleted portion of the service.
